The quotes made by V. M B\u00fchler are valid for 15 days, from the date of issue, and the prices shown are valid during this period. Quotes are not processed as Orders, not being booked stock may no longer be available the product quoted in the budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Orders\ufeff<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

5.1 Confirmation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The confirmation of orders is made through contact by written, and its the client’s entire responsibility is to verify the the products or services present in the order. V.M. Orders of material not existing in Stock, i.e. materials requiring a order, a down payment is required, to be arranged with with V. M B\u00fchler. This kind of order cannot be cancelled, i.e. the V. M B\u00fchler has the right to maintain the signal value. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.2 Delivery<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The V.M. B\u00fchler provides for the realization of the delivery of products ordered, duly packaged, at the address and date indicated by user for this purpose and the address indicated for the calculation of the shipping cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The date indicated may undergo changes, notably by unavailability of stock or unforeseen circumstances, and it is not possible to V.M. B\u00fchler be held liable in case the delivery is not satisfied in this period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Means of payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The V.M. B\u00fchler only accepts ready payment, being the products or services paid in the act of delivery, except where it is carried out a bank transfer before the act of delivery by customer’s request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The V.M. B\u00fchler provides customers with various means of payment to pay for the products or services. Money, debit card, or by bank transfer (before delivery).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Warranty<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Being the main product of V.M. Buhler construction material and we cannot guarantee the correct use of our products, V.M. B\u00fchler is not responsible for any damages caused. It is the clients responsibility for the choice of the material and its correct usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wood cuts are made with chainsaws, there may be a deviation of a maximum of 20 mm, if the Customer wants the measure to be exact, the nearest standard length will be charged. If you choose a clean cut, it will be charged the value of hand labor. The cuts done outside the standard measure cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The damage caused by bad weather are not considered a complaint because it is not possible for V.M. B\u00fchler to control the correct application and protection of the material by Customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Complaints\ufeff<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The complaints must be submitted in writing (via email) or in person at our facilities. The Customer must bring the the material in question for the complaint to be analyzed for possible return or exchange. When the material was delivered through our transportation service, the customer must be accompanied by physical evidence (a sample or photographs) being the retrieval of the material of the responsibility of V.M.
